Shipping Costs:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Option
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. With this option, you can inspect the product upon arrival before making the payment. Payment is collected only after you’ve approved the product.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund or exchange status.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
