HOW ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?

We have worked hard at Stylishforless to set up great relationships with our suppliers in order to be able to offer our customers the lowest prices possible. We’ve cut out the middle men and deal directly with the manufacturer. It’s a bit more work on our end, but we think it’s worth it. We also operate solely online so don’t have to worry about the overheads that come with operating a physical store. You can read more about us and our mission here

IS SHIPPING FREE TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, our shipping is Free Worldwide! Our items are regularly sent to the US, UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We are proud at Stylishforless to be able to offer free international shipping to all of our customers.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Our target delivery time is between 10-35 days. Don’t panic if your order hasn’t arrived before this – it can sometimes take a few extra days depending on your location, the availability of stock and any shipping delays that are out of our control.

DO YOU OFFER TRACKING?

If your item is taking longer than expected we can track it down for you, or offer you a tracking number. Please wait for at least 25 days before contacting us.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of making your order and will happily make the required changes. If your item has already been shipped we can’t change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment  However please contact our customer service to see if anything we can do if you want to change the size which is not a guarantee of any form.

MY ORDER CAME IN DIFFERENT PARCELS, WHY?

When you receive your order the label may show a different size to what you ordered – don’t be alarmed! Some of our stock has been sourced from international suppliers which have different sizing metric. Please refer to our sizing information here

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT POLICY?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Please send pictures to support@stylishforless.com, clearly showing the faults and any other details that we may need to review this. As soon as we have received the pictured clearly showing the faults, we will issue a full refund or store credit (which ever you prefer).please contact our customer service for return address .

In the unlikely circumstance that you receive the wrong item we will replace it for you or offer you a full refund or credit to use in store.

 

If we have sent you the wrong size then we will resend the new size for you as long as we have received the return item new and unused. Simply contact us for the return shipping address and provide us with the tracking number. If you have chosen the wrong size we do not offer refunds for sizing issues however please contact our customer service to see if we can rearrange to send you the new size for you which is not guarantee of any form and customer pays the postage fee for both ways. If you would like to replace your items for any other reason you may do so and we will provide you with a credit to use in store for the value of your returned items.

Please note that return international shipping will be at your expense.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if you decide you do not like your items.

 HOW CAN I PAY AND IS IT SECURE?

We accept all major credit cards including visa debit. We use Paypal to process all of our payments – the largest secure payment provider in the world. In Paypal’s words ‘We combine world-class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring to keep you safe from people who try to hack into companies to steal your personal or financial information’.

Please note, you may also checkout and pay without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

DO I NEED TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?

Although most of our packages do not get stopped at customs or incur any duties, we cannot guarantee that your order will not have any duties to pay. Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax in the instance that these may occur.

Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a 75% refund due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.
