Cancellation & Return

Problem with the products received:

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious colour difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at our Support centre.

Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order please email us at support@stylishforless.com within 24 hours of Placing your order. If item is not shipped we may help you to cancel the purchase order but if It is already been shipped then we cannot cancel it, however please contact our customer support at support@stylishforless.com regarding what we can provide assistance with your purchase order Cancellation and refund.

 

Out of stock:

Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a partial Refund (covering some of the item cost and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving email notification.

Return Submission:

To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM; Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM. Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Missing item or wrong item package sent:

When you get the wrong and problem items, please contact us within 3 days, and provide the confirmation proof through Video or Photos. When the item is judged as our responsibility, we provide the refund and return policy. It can be take 5%-50% part refund, if the item can be accepted and repaired in domestic. If the item cant repaired or accepted, broken totally, we will refund the full money to you or change a new one to you, when we receive the wrong or problematic items. We also offer full refund in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
